Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery tiers to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days within Nairobi.
Upcountry Delivery: 3-5 business days via our partner couriers (G4S, Wells Fargo, etc.).
Express Delivery: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 1:00 PM within Nairobi.

Processing Timelines

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. For major towns, we offer door-to-door delivery. For remote areas, items are delivered to the nearest courier collection point.
